Yes it is! Mantra Wellness is our parent company and supports our operations.
When can I expect my order?
We are committed to delivering products to you within 48 hours of your order confirmation and payment receipt. If there are any delays due to volume or other events, we will notify you.
Do you deliver across the island?
Yes we do. Our team is committed in serving all parts of the island. In some cases if you are in a remote location, we might take longer than 48 hours but will let you know.
Why are you charging for delivery for orders below Rs 2,000?
As we try to scale our operations, we are trying to ensure we can maintain our quality of service and delivery time. By encouraging orders over Rs 2000, our team can focus on increasing operations and service.
Can I return items or get a refund?
As part of our policy, we do not accept any returns of food products. If there was a mistake in your order, we will happily provide store discount with proof of picture. For more information, click here.
